The Sisir Manch auditorium is one of the busiest auditoriums in Kolkata. The location advantage of this auditorium takes the privilege of attracting audience to enjoy the cultural programmes. The auditorium is adjacent to Rabindra Sadan and Nandan Complex. This auditorium is under the administrative control of the Information and Cultural Affairs Department. It was established in the year 1978 in the name of great dramatist Sisir Kumar Bhaduri. It is a very cozy auditorium. All sorts of cultural programmes, seminar, meetings are held here. Almost all the days of the month both the shifts (Morning and Evening) remain booked. This auditorium is maintained by Public Works Department, Government of W.B.
