STATE HOSPITALITY & CEREMONIES

Sate Hospitality wing arranges hospitality of the State guests of different Departments of the Government. This wing also extends necessary co-operation towards protocol. visit of VIPs like President & Prime Minister of India. Presidents and Prime Ministers of other countries are also taken care by this wing. State lunch, dinner etc. are also organized by the State Hospitality Wing.

The State Ceremonies wing has its annual calendar for celebration of birthday & death anniversary of the renowned personalities of the country. This includes freedom fighters, National Leaders, and eminent sons of the soil. The state ceremonies wing has also arranged Swearing-in-Ceremony of the Governor, Chief Minister, State Cabinet etc. One of the major tasks of this wing is felicitation and reception of the eminent personalities of the country, who are visting the state of West Bengal on different occasions. This wing has successfully arranged state reception of Prof. Amartya Sen, Sourav Ganguly, foreign delegation from different countries like China, Korea, Vietnam Japan, Luxembourg etc.
